Delivery & Warranty Policy

Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. The final delivery scope, destination, insurance, unloading and installation responsibilities are stated in the quotation or contract.
Inspection
Customers should inspect products on delivery and report visible damage or quantity discrepancies promptly, supported by photographs and delivery documentation.
Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer and configuration. The applicable warranty period, exclusions and service procedure are stated in the approved quotation or warranty certificate.
After-sales support
Installation, training, preventive maintenance and spare-parts support may be supplied under a separate scope of work.
