1. Scope

These terms apply to quotations, purchase orders and sales issued by PT Paramananda Perisai Nusantara (“Company”). Product-specific specifications, pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms are stated in the applicable quotation or contract.

2. Quotations and orders

A website enquiry does not constitute an accepted order. An order becomes binding only after written confirmation by the Company and acceptance of the relevant commercial terms.

3. Payments

Payments must be made only to an account or official payment link stated on a Company invoice. Customers should verify that the beneficiary or merchant name refers to PT Paramananda Perisai Nusantara.

4. Product information

Images are illustrative. Final configuration, specifications and accessories are governed by the approved quotation, technical annex or purchase order.

5. Governing law

Transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia unless another governing law is expressly agreed in writing.
